CrewPay is provided as an online Software as a Service (SaaS) product accessible through the internet.

User Accounts
To use CrewPay, you may be required to create an account.

Keep your login credentials secure
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

Subscription and Billing
CrewPay is offered on a subscription basis.
By subscribing to CrewPay, you agree that:
Subscription fees will be charged according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or billing portal.
Free Trial
CrewPay may offer a free trial period to allow users to evaluate the service.
If a free trial is offered:
You will not be charged during the trial period
At the end of the trial period, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand
Users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the trial ends if they do not wish to continue using the service.
Refunds

Because CrewPay is a digital software service that provides immediate access to its features, refunds may be limited.
Users must notify us in writing within 48 hours of a payment being processed if they believe a charge has been made in error.
Acceptable Use

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
Copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the platform

All content, software, branding, and materials associated with CrewPay and the AEGIS LOGIC LTD website are the intellectual property of AEGIS LOGIC LTD, unless otherwise stated.

Design
Logos
Platform features
Website content
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Service Availability

Technical issues
External service outages

Limitation of Liability

Differences between calculated results and actual payroll
