Refund Policy

Thank you for using CrewPay, a product of AEGIS LOGIC LTD.

CrewPay is a digital software service provided on a subscription basis. Because access to the platform and its features is granted immediately upon activation, refunds are limited as outlined below.

Free Trial

CrewPay offers a 7-day free trial so users can evaluate the platform before being charged.

You will not be charged during the trial period. If you decide the service is not suitable, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends.

Once the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.

Refund Eligibility

If you believe you have been charged in error or wish to request a refund, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the payment being processed.

Your request should include:

  • The email address associated with your CrewPay account

  • The date of the charge

  • A brief explanation of the refund request

Requests received after 48 hours of the transaction may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Failure to cancel before the free trial period ends

  • Partial use of a billing period after payment has been processed

  • Change of mind after extended use of the service

  • Failure to use the service after subscribing

Processing Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
